Not feeling so left out anymore.

I now know what's been going on!

It's been Ganesha-fest and Mary-fest.

That's what all the noise and fuss has been about.

Bala took me to see where the music and noise has been coming from. Ganesha stalls/statues have popped up.....



.....and so have Mary-fest areas. For 7 days, women and men dress in bright orange Saris and shirts and come down to the mini-Mary churches to pray between 6.30-7.30pm
